"I was born a caregiver"
At a very young age, I already had realized the I had empathy and concern for others, especially those who were mentally & physically challenged. During high school, I took 4 years of Chefs Training. After graduation, I completed The Community Support Worker Program and worked with mentally & physically challenged adults in various different settings for over 14 years. During that time, I was also providing respite care from my home. Raised two beautiful daughters and then decided to challenge myself and become a Chartered Herbalist & Certified Herbal Consultant. I have learned much working with others over the years & one thing stands out clearly, is that we truly need to take care of our health and the ones we love.
We all deserve to feel our best from the inside out and that includes our Fur Babies. I wanted more love in my life and went for the unconditional love. Over the last year, I have been blessed to work with Jay Hipolito, my dogs Certified Groomer, and have been studying & training in Grooming and am now a Certified Groomer myself. Nurturing one Fur Baby soul at time.

Available for consults only - new customers solely by referral
I am a Certified Groomer and have been grooming for over 10 years. While equally
comfortable with large or small dogs, I tend to specialize in smaller dogs whose guardians request a longer coat with guide combs or free-hands scissoring.
I enjoy a varied but select clientele - hence, by and large, I only accept new customers by way of referral of existing customers.
Unique amongst groomers, I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Aristotelian Metaphysics & English Literature and a Graduate degree specializing in theology. In the past I served as a chaplain in the Canadian military, under auspices of the Maritime Pacific Command, Esquimalt.

"My purpose and passion is working and supporting companion animals"
My approach to life is through a holistic point of view. Companion animals have always been a part of my life.
On this journey, I was introduced to Equine Accussage which has it's basis in the Touch For Health model. My horse, a companion for almost 30 years, benefited greatly along so many other horses & dogs with these therapeutic sessions and this modality.
My enthusiasm for life, animals and people is simply irresistible. I look forward to sharing my wealth of knowledge, my life experiences with the utmost patience & gentleness. Can't wait for you to come visit us.
